Sales Lead Form

Welcome to the AIS Lead Program!

This lead program is available to all AIS staff (excluding executive management and sales reps). Please fill out the information below to submit a prospect or potential new business you have discovered for AIS.

If you have submitted a qualified lead, you will be notified of the quality of the lead (accepted or rejected), potential sale, and commission status by your manager. A qualified lead is the discovery of a new sale of equipment or service with the necessary information to aid the close of a sale. Information that would not otherwise exist in the current AIS business process.

Understand that some qualified leads may take a month or more to close due to client schedules, technology assessments being performed, etc. All leads will expire after six months from the submission date.
