1. Placing Your Order & The Importance of the Network Information Form (NIF)

The first thing that happens after signing your copier deal is that your equipment is ordered. But here’s a crucial step—filling out the Network Information Form (NIF). The NIF tells us everything we need to know about how your copier should integrate with your office systems. This includes details like how many users you have, whether you want to enable scan-to-email features, and which servers we need access to.

Pro Tip: It’s best to have your IT team or network manager complete the NIF to avoid any delays. Getting this form filled out correctly and promptly ensures that your copier setup goes as smoothly as possible.

2. Delivery Day: When Will Your Copier Arrive?
